NO fidejussione, NO pagamento mesi anticipati, si paga solo il mese che si affitta. Euro 400 + 150 spese generali con riscaldamento centralizzato acceso solo sera e prima mattina, no durante il giorno. PAGAMENTO all'arrivo + CAUZIONE. - Camera ammobiliata (vedi foto) biancheria a carico dell'ospite che affitta. - Uso cucina gratuito (fornita di accessori base bicchieri, piatti, posate ). - 1 solo BAGNO da condividere. - Pulizie a carico dell'ospite, diversamente 25 Euro a settimana. - NO LAVATRICE ( si utilizza lavanderia automatica a pochi metri dall'abitazione) (lavanderia automatica nelle vicinanze) - No Fumatori - NON si possono invitare amici o parenti causa Covid. Zona tranquilla, ben fornita da negozi. Fermata bus per raggiungere le scuole ed ospedale, 10 minuti di camminata x raggiungere il centro.
